  When joining the Business Products Credit Group, you are entitled to:

 Credit Group membership is by company – your company may have as many representatives from the Credit Department for a single membership fee.

 Membership in the National Deduction Resolution Group is also a company membership, and is open to all individuals involved in the deduction resolution process (Credit, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, etc.)


SUBMISSION OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE DATA

To be able to provide a database that is beneficial to the members, it is required that all members report the payment experience of their customers. There are three (3) ways in which a member may submit their experience. Put a check mark by the method you will utilize.

(1) Diskette / E-Mail - submit a file of your entire accounts receivable by the 10th of each month.  You are able to submit your file on 3.5" diskette or E-mail your data file (in Excel, or a comma delimited file) to BPCA.  This method allows you to SAVE over  25% from the already low Interchange Report cost.  

(2) FTP - Members are able to send their data to BPCA through FTP.  By selecting this method, you will be given the information necessary to send your data via File Transfer Protocol.

(3) Download - You are able to provide BPCA with the information to allow us to download your monthly A/R data files direct from your system.

PAYMENT OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP INVESTMENT

After completing this application please sign the printed application and mail it to BPCA.
A remittance of the first year’s Membership Investment must accompany this membership application
. Your anniversary billing date for your Membership Investment will be 12 months from the date your application is received. Thereafter, your Membership Investment will be billed annually on the first of your anniversary month and is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
