A source for placing your non-paying accounts for third party collection. Some of our members already use DAL for their collections and are very pleased with the results. DAL has an interactive web site where you can monitor the status of your accounts that have been placed with them. Be sure to let them know you are a BPCA member. When submitting claims to DAL for collection, let them know you are a member of BPCA for the reduced rate. To place a claim, go to:
